The purpose of parking management in apartment association areas and other private car parks is to ensure that parking spaces are used primarily by vehicles that are authorised to park there. Parking permits are often used for this purpose, allowing a parking inspector to quickly determine whether a vehicle is entitled to park in a particular area.
If parking rights are confirmed by a physical parking permit, the permit must be placed inside the vehicle so that the information displayed on it is clearly and unobstructedly visible from outside. In most cases, this means placing the permit on the dashboard or in another clearly visible position near the windscreen.

Why is this important?
A parking inspector determines whether a vehicle has the right to park based on the information available at the time of inspection. If the parking permit is not visible or the information on it cannot be read, the inspector may be unable to establish that the vehicle is authorised to park in that area.
Problems may arise, for example, when the parking permit has fallen from the dashboard, the permit has been placed face down, the permit number or other important information is partially covered. In such situations, confirming the vehicle's parking rights may be difficult or impossible.

Check your parking permit before leaving the vehicle
Before leaving your vehicle, we recommend making sure that the parking permit is placed in a clearly visible position, is not covered by any other object and all required information can be read from outside the vehicle.
If an electronic parking permit system is used in a particular parking area, displaying a physical permit is generally not necessary, as the parking right is checked using the vehicle's registration number.
Correctly displaying a parking permit takes only a few seconds, but it can help prevent misunderstandings and allows the parking inspector to verify the vehicle's parking rights quickly and correctly.
